Please be aware: June 10 - June 16, street closures and parking restrictions resulting from the U.S. Army’s 250th Birthday Parade may impact travel to the Museum. Starting Friday, June 13, the Ronald Reagan Building parking garage will only be accessible through the 13 ½ St. and Pennsylvania Ave. entrance.

ticketing policies
- Tickets are required for everyone.
- The Museum operates with hourly, timed-entry tickets. Please arrive within the hour of your reserved entry time. For example, if you purchase tickets for the 10:30 am entry time, we ask that you arrive between 10:30 and 11:30 am. Note that guests will not be admitted before their designated entry time.
- The last entry is at 3:30 pm. Please be aware the Museum closes at 4:30 pm.
- Advanced tickets are strongly recommended, as walk up tickets are not guaranteed.
- Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to visit due to health concerns, you may exchange your tickets for a new date and time by reaching out to ticketing@nationalchildrensmuseum.org in advance of your original ticket time.
- Every Wednesday at 8:30 am ET, a new week of tickets will be released. Tickets are released 2 months in advance.
